Thanks for stopping by. We strive to make renting items for your event quick and stress free. Feel free to contact me with any questions and I'll be more than happy to answer them. I will typically answer emails within 24 hours.

Cancellations:

• 90% of total order is refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
• 50% of total order is refunded if cancelled 24 hours after placing order up until 48 hours before start rental date.
• There will be no refunds given for cancellations or no-shows 48 hours before rental period.

Delivery:

• Available upon approval of date & time
• MINIMUM Delivery cost is $30 - The price will go up if location is outside of West Sacramento/heavy items/many items/large items requiring a trailer.
• Requires someone to accept delivery.
• Delivery cost is decided upon between vendor and customer via email/text and payment is requested via PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.
• PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is not available for some locations. Please reach out to me BEFORE placing order if your only option is delivery.

1. Date of Delivery & Pickup
2. Desired Time Frame
3. Exact Address

Pickup Information:

• We are located in West Sacramento, CA. Specific address will be sent VIA email.
• Pickup is always free.
• Please be on time, if you are running late please notify us ASAP.
• All items must be returned within 3 days of pickup, unless arrangements with me have been made. If you are late in drop off with no arrangements you may be charged for another rental period for each day you are late.

Security Deposit 

• $15- $50 Security deposit due upon pickup or retrieval of rental item(s).
• Deposit depends on cost of rental items
• Full deposit will be given back to customer upon timely return of rental item(s).
• Accept cash, Venmo, PayPal or CashApp payments.
